So what I'm up to in Howl's Moving Castle....
Well there is a girl named Sophie (she's the main character) and she works for her father's hat shop. Her step mom now owns it and goes around all day looking for 'material' to make more hats. Sophie is pretty much stuck in the hat shop making hats. Poor her. She has two sisters, Lettie and Martha. Her step mom sent Martha to learn magic and sent Lettie to a bakery to work there. So yeah. Sophie finds out that Martha is at the bakery pretending to be Lettie and Lettie is learning magic pretending to be Martha. Later that day, Sophie meets the Witch of the Waste. The Witch of the Waste puts a curse on Sophie because she talked back to the Witch of the Waste. This curse turns Sophie into an old women who is about 65....I think. Also, Sophie can't tell anyone about the curse unless they know about it. (Like they can see she is under a curse) So she decides to leave her house and she walks towards the wastes. There she helps a cursed scarecrow. Then from there she finds Howl's Moving Castle and she enters there to find a fire demon. Calcifer (the fire demon) also has a curse on him that makes him follow every order Howl tells him. They make a contract that if Sophie breaks the curse on Calcifer then he will break the curse on her. The next day she meets a boy named Micheal who is about 15 and he tries to get her to leave the castle. She also meets Howl later onwho pretty much doesnt care about her byt cannot believe she got Calcifer to do what she says. (He let Sophie cook) So yeah. Thats just about it.
